Your order will be processed between 2-3 business days and delivered between a further 3-5 business days.
Medical Lane endeavours to have your order delivered within 5 business days however, please be aware of potential delays from our shipping partners due to the COVID restrictions.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
As these are medical products, to be eligible for a return, your item must be deemed faulty, in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You'll need to pay for the postage.
